Senior Management Team

Joney Kelly joined Heritage Palms in October 2002 and is our Community Association Director. She is on the Architectural Review Committee (ARC). Joney received her Community Association Manager’s license in 2005 and Certified Florida Designation- CFCAM in 2019. She is responsible for the oversight of the property-common areas, serves as a liaison for Summit Broadband unresolved issues, has working knowledge of the By-Laws, CC&Rs, Rules & Regulations, ARC violations, and Florida Statues as it relates to HOAs and provides administrative support to the Board of Directors. Dan Davis has been our Director of Security since February 2007. He is on the Safety Committee. Dan has a BS in Philosophy from Niagara University. He is responsible for the safety and security of our community. He oversees the security team at the Gatehouse and the roving patrol. He conducts regular safety audits and training for our staff. Jill Eaton joined the Heritage Palms team in November 2010 and has been the Director of Membership Services since June 2013. She holds her State of Florida Notary Commission. She is responsible for Owner and transfer membership records and concerns. She handles the weekly open house listing and assists Members with the Architectural Review Committee’s (ARC) application process. Bob Kelly has been with Heritage Palms since October 1998, first as an Assistant Golf Professional, and promoted to Director of Golf in 2000. He is on the Golf Committee. He has been a PGA Class A Member since 1996. He is responsible for the oversight of all Golf operations, programs, and staff. Greg Kriesch has been our Director of Golf Course Operations since February 1998. He has a degree in Golf and Landscape Operations and is affiliated with GCSAA, FGCSA, CGCSA, EGCSA, FTGA, Audubon International. He is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of both our Sabal and Royal golf courses, Common Grounds, and equipment, and staff. He is responsible for the oversight of all Tennis and Pickleball facilities, programs, and staff. Please contact him with any questions, compliments, or concerns regarding our Tennis and Pickleball operations.

Kevin Ammon joined the Heritage Palms team as Facilities Director in September 2019. He is on the House and Facilities Committee. He has certificates in Supervision and Management from Kent State University. He also holds certifications from OSHA, NIMS, and FEMA. He is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all our common area facilities and amenities. Danielle Brounce has been on the Heritage Palms team since December 2006. She is our Marketing Director and also provides administrative support for the golf course and common grounds operating departments. She also is on the Communications Committee. Danielle graduated from Hiram College with a BS in Political Science. She is responsible for all Club communications and promotions as well as the website.
